Subject: Gun Statute

NRS 41.095 Presumption that person using deadly force against intruder in person's residence has reasonable fear of death or bodily injury; "residence" defined.

      1. For the purposes of NRS 41.085 and 41.130, any person who uses, while lawfully in his or her residence or in transient lodging, force which is intended or likely to cause death or bodily injury is presumed to have had a reasonable fear of imminent death or bodily injury to himself or herself or another person lawfully in the residence or transient lodging if the force is used against a person who is committing burglary or invasion of the home and the person using the force knew or had reason to believe that burglary or invasion of the home was being committed. An action to recover damages for personal injuries to or the wrongful death of the person who committed burglary or invasion of the home may not be maintained against the person who used such force unless the presumption is overcome by clear and convincing evidence to the contrary.

      2. As used in this section, "residence" means any house, room, apartment, tenement or other building, vehicle, vehicle trailer, semitrailer, house trailer or boat designed or intended for occupancy as a residence.

NOMINATED BEST JOKE OF THE YEAR.................

A Russian arrives in New York City as a new immigrant to the United States .
He stops the first person he sees walking down the street and says, "Thank you Mr. American for letting me come into this country, giving me housing, food stamps, free medical care, and a free education!"
The passerby says, "You are mistaken, I am a Mexican."
The man goes on and encounters another passerby. "Thank you for having such a beautiful country here in America ."
The person says, "I not American, I Vietnamese."
The new arrival walks farther, and the next person he sees he stops, shakes his hand, and says, "Thank you for wonderful America !
That person puts up his hand and says,
"I am from Middle East . I am not American."
He finally sees a nice lady and asks, "Are you an American?"
She says, "No, I am from Africa ."
Puzzled, he asks her, "Where are all the Americans?"
The African lady checks her watch and says, "Probably at work."

IF YOU DON'T PASS THIS ON TO YOUR FRIENDS, BY TOMORROW; YOU WILL RECEIVE 3 ILLEGAL IMMIGRANTS ABSOLUTELY FREE.

Fwd: Fw: My Magic Hat

While in Florida I needed to go to the emergency room.

Not wanting to sit there for 4 hours, I put on my Magic Green Hat.

When I went into the E.R., I noticed that 3/4 of the people got up and left.

I guess they decided that they weren't that sick after all. Cut at least 3 hours off my waiting time.

Here's the hat: Below.

It also works at Dept. of Motor Vehicles. It saved me 5  hours.

At the Laundromat, three minutes after entering, I had my choice of any machine, most still running.

If you live in Texas, it might cut your wait time at the grocery store.

But, don't try it at McDonald's. The whole crew ran out the back door and I never did get my order!

Scalia: 'Kidding yourself' if you think internment camps won't return - Washington Times

http://www.washingtontimes.com/news/2014/feb/3/justice-scalia-to-lecture-at-univ-of-hawaii/#.UvJgrlmgZEM.gmail

This is scary stuff.  A friend here confirmed that Homeland Security has a stock pile of armored vehicles parked at one of the closed car dealers along Highway 215.  You may have seen on TV that they have a "Youth Corps", and they are stockpiling millions of rounds of ammunition.  (Does this remind you of Germany in the 1930's?).

When this friend said they they were building internment camps on the Government land that is some 90% of the state of Nevada, I was a bit skeptical.  But then I read this.  Someone in the Government Justice Department must have passed the idea of internment camps by the Supreme Court in advance to test their future legality.

Check out the mission statement of the Homeland Security Department.  You will find at the end and possibly as separate search, the provision for training an armed "Youth Corps," with military-type vehicles marked "POLICE."  This is all public information.

I have also seen on local TV armed Homeland Security Agents breaking into homes in Las Vegas for drug arrests with HSI and POLICE on their jackets along with FBI and DEA agents.  Is this the national paramilitary force that I actually heard our President promise us in one his speeches (maybe a previous State of the Union address).

This is an interesting follow-up to the Reagan/Obama video that I sent to read.  Listen to the words carefully.

One excellent explanation for the actions of our president in changing America come from his own words in the past:

"I have a core set of values that have to be advanced."

"My individual salvation has to be a collective salvation."

I have always believed that his ideas and policies are all influenced by his radical, communist mother, who rejected everything that America stood for.  Where do children form their basic ideas and views of the world?

Some food for thought.
